IVWithdrawing in five beats
- Complete KYC (photo ID, selfie, statement or bill).
- Wager the deposit at least three times.
- Check that no bonus is active: the withdrawal would end it.
- Choose the method at the cashier and enter €40 or more.
- Wait through the review (up to 2 business days), then the method's own time.
VKYC check
Before any withdrawal the profile goes through a check: an official photo ID, a selfie holding it, a bank statement or recent bill. The name must match throughout, payment method included.
VITo remember
- You deposit only with a payment method in your own name.
- Cards: 10 operations a day and 40 a month, caps of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted. Fiat and crypto balances do not mix.
- When a withdrawal exceeds the per-transaction limit it is paid in instalments; a higher VIP rank can raise the personal limit.
- After 6 months of inactivity, €10 a month is deducted as long as the balance stays positive.
