LuckyBoom user agreement

I1. Entering the hall

The hall is open from 18, or the higher legal age of the country concerned. Everyone checks that online gambling is allowed where they are.

II2. Operator and licence

LuckyBoom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica), under licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies.

III3. The profile

One profile per person, with accurate data, a name identical to the payment method's and credentials kept secret.

• Duplicates (same name, same device, same payment method) may be closed without notice.
• Formal steps (self-exclusion, closure) start from the profile's e-mail.

IV4. Deposits

You deposit with a payment method in your name. Minimum €20, €40 for the fifth bonus deposit.

• Cards: 10 operations a day and 40 a month; €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are distinct.

V5. Withdrawals and checks

Every withdrawal assumes a verified profile: valid photo ID, a selfie with the ID, a statement or bill under three months old, with matching names. AML rule: the deposit must have been wagered three times before withdrawal.

• Minimum €40; requests reviewed within 2 business days.
• Outside jackpots: €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpots uncapped.
• Above the per-transaction limit the amount may be paid in instalments.
• An unprocessed request can be cancelled; the amount returns to the play balance.

VI6. Bonuses

A bonus is switched on in the profile before the qualifying deposit; no award afterwards. One bonus at a time.

• Opening pack wagering ×40, live bonus ×15.
• Maximum stake while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 with the first-deposit bonus.
• Wagering share: slots 100%, live 10%, tables and video poker 0%.
• Maximum bonus win: €10,000 across all bonuses, at most ten times the bonus after wagering.
• Withdrawing with an active bonus ends the bonus and its balance.

VII7. Dormant profiles

After six months without activity, €10 a month is deducted as long as the balance is positive.

IX9. Amendments

Terms, bonus rules and caps may change; the online version prevails. If translations differ, the English version wins.
